Printing address on invitations

O

Openallnight

Hi,
I have 1000 invitations that are about 3 3/4 inches wide by 6 inches long.
All I need to do is print the address and date on blank space provided on the
bottom of the invitation. How can I do this in Word?
Thank you very much.

Assuming that the documents are capable of being handled by your printer,
setup a document that matches the layout of the invitation (if you have
problems with the printer driver and custom page sizes use the next larger
standard paper size and adjust the margins to make up the difference.

Create a list of your addresses to match the format at
http://www.gmayor.com/convert_labels_into_mail_merge.htm then use a letter
merge to add the address data and date to your invitations -
