Custom Printing Invitation

I am custom printing in Word 2007 to 7.75 width/5.50 length invites. The
invites were custom made and I just have to print on the contents. The
content is fine and I have been able to create the landscape format etc now
that all the content part is done the doc won't let me custom setup for
custom printing in the print properties. HELP!!! What do I need to do so
that the print properties will print on the 7.75/5.50 invite paper?

Word will only print what the printer driver will allow and most are poor
with custom sizes. The answer therefore is not to use a custom size.

Word has no idea what size the actual piece of paper is, so provided the
printer will physically accommodate your paper, setup your document using an
A4 or US Letter size page and create a print area to match the paper using
the margins. If your printer is left feed set the print area at the top left
of the page. If it is centre feed, set the print area top centre. You may
find it easier to overlay the standard paper with a sheet of your custom
paper and measure the waste area with a ruler. Set this as your start point
before adding it the margins required for the document.
