How do I preserve past calendar entries as a business record?

I used to use a calendar program OnTime that allowed me to preserve a
historical record of my calendar from the past. I would like to be able to
do this in Outlook Calendar; however, the only thing that seems to happen if
I don't erase the entry is that I get a reminder that the entry is past due.

Is there a way to do this, preserve the old calendar entries as a business
record?

Unless you use autoarchive to delete them, the old appointments will remain
in your calendar.

Diane:

What about the issue of constant "reminders" being shown at each instance of
opening Outlook?

Once you dismiss them, past reminders should not reappear. Are you saying
they do reappear after you dismiss them?
