How do I post a powerpoint slideshow on my website?

My slide show has pictures that fade in one at a time and music in the
background. When I save as an html page, there is no motion and I have to
select each slide individually. The shadows I put under photos look like
black smears. Safari shows the shadows with pixelated grey. In Firefox the
photos are not even on top of the background. Is it possible to have the
slideshow appear like it does when I play it in PowerPoint?

Michael,
Thank you for the help, but I'm using the Power Point (2008?). It works
with VIsta and the file extension ends in an "x". I did not see a script.js
file in the folder it created. Can you help me?
