HOW DO I POSITION MY HEADER DOWN RH SIDE OF PAGE

I am trying to develop a letterhead. I need to have details across the top of
the page down rh side and at the bottom.
Do i set this up as a header/footer?
How do i get details down the rh side of page that can be saved like
Header/footer?

Yes: You can anchor a table, a textbox or a frame in your header area.
Special considerations must be made concerning the document's margins
(left/right margin), and whether you want this information recreated on
every page or only on the first.
