How do I populate a Form from an Inventory tbl

I have been trying to populate a Form with the items in an Inventory table,
to which I can then add the results of a Stockcheck. This Formsdata is then
to be entered into a Socktake Table.
Sounds simple? But I've been trying for a few days and just cant crack it.
HELP me please.

Use a combobox based on the Inventory table to "grab" one of the fields of
the record you want. If you need any more fields "grabbed" then use Erika
Yoxall's method found here:
