How do I point Outlook to a pst file other than that used by default ?

You probably use the import function but try asking them here. FU

Best to ask in an Outlook newsgroup and to mention
the version you use (Outlook 97? 2003?).

Best to post in an outlook group for outlook questions, but here's how to do
it:
Close Outlook. Move the pst file to the location you want.
Open Outlook.
Outlook will complain it can't find the pst file, and allow you to navigate
to the location you moved it to.

HTH

Open Outlook. On top tool bar click File -> Open -> Open Data File.
Navigate and point to the pst file you want.
