How do I place downloaded lable templates into word lable wizzard

I download the needed lable templates but want to place them in word so that
they appear for selection in the list of available lables in the selection
box.
 
You can't do this. You can create new custom label definitions through the
Labels dialog, but they will be listed under Other/Custom.
