I am using Word 2000. I downloaded template for Avery 5302 lable. How can I
download names from Excel file? Can i type directly on template I downloaded
from Avery? If yes, how can I create multiple page of template?

You can use the template (a table) as the basis of a mail merge - Create a
label type merge with a document created from the template open. Then cancel
the label selector and edit the document directly.
Although aimed at Word 2002/3, the process is not too different from that at
