How do I place a picture in footer in powerpoint

I am attempting to place my company logo in the footer of a power point
presentation. The header/footer dialogue box doesn't seem to allow for this.

You just need to put it on the master slide. Go to View | Master | Slide
Master and insert the logo where you want it to be. It will then appear on
every slide. Does this solve your problem?
