I'm using Office 2003 PowerPoint. My CEO wants to be able to switch from ppt
slide show mode to other files and then back to slide show and have the arrow
be set to visible without having to select it again. Any help would be
appreciated.

The pointer is reset to automatic when you close the show - however you dont
have to close the show to view other applications. Just set all the
applications running and use alt +tab to swap between them. The arrow pointer
will stay on visible.
