How do I permanently remove Template Help?

Is there any way to open a downloaded template, that I have already modified,
and not have the Template Help automatically launch? It is VERY annoying
having to close it every time. Thanks!
 
There is another post along the same lines in this section, I've tried it and
it works :)

Go to Help > Customer Feedback Options
In the left pane click "Online Content"
Remove the tick from "Show Template Help automatically when available".
