If there is a problem, the Security Center is trying to alert you to them, but if that's
what you want -
Go to the Control Panel/Security Center
Click on the "Change the Way Security Center Notifies Me" link in the left pane.
Note that if the "Change the Way Security Center Notifies Me" doesn’t remember settings
upon reboot, you may wish to disable the Security Center by:-
Click Start, select Run, and type in: services.msc
Locate "Security Center" in the list, double click on it, set "Startup type" to Disabled.
