how do i password a screensaver?

i have windows xp and i would like to put a password on
my screensaver, i have clicked on 'on resume password
protect' but i dont know how to set/change the password.
Can any one help. Thanks

If the user account has a password (the account the screensaver comes on
for), then 'on resume password protect' you will be prompted for the user
password to get back to the desktop.

The password is that of the account you are using
when the screen save kicked in.
In XP everything is in terms of accounts, which
have passwords, not in terms of passwords without
accounts.

You need to add/change password of your account, there is no "screen
saver" password any more. Use "Control Panel | Users account" to see
your passwords settings.
