What do you mean by "package"? Unless the document contains links to
external files there isn't anything to be packaged.
If there *are* links there is no internal feature (thru 2003, not sure about
2007) such as you have in PowerPoint or many DTP programs. One solution is
to put copies of the other files in the same folder as the doc, link to
those files & copy the entire folder to the CD.
