How do I overlay a spreadsheet ?

I want to overlay the view of a spreadsheet with the word 'draft' leaving the
data visible through the comment. Ideally this will be a diagonal text in a
large font. Is this possible?

A simple solution is to use WordArt, select your font style and type in
"DRAFT", click OK. On the text that appears, highlight it by clicking
anywhere within it, then right click and select "Format Wordart". On the
'Colors and Lines' tab, set the Transparency to 100%, set the Line Weight to
1.25 (you can adjust to achieve desired appearance) and click OK. Finally,
use the size dots (white dots)on the frame of the text to adust size and use
the Rotate dot (green) to angle the box and the Slant dot (yellow diamond) to
give a slant to the text.
