How do I output my reports in Rich Text Format

I just got updated to Access 2003. In Access 97 I could output in rich text
format. They don't seem to be working in 2003. I can output in snapshot
format, but when I change it to rich text format, it doesn't work. Any
suggestions on what I am doing wrong or what I need to do. Here is what my
module says:

DoCmd.OutputTo acOutputReport, "RptLoc40MonthlyReport", acFormatRTF,
"U://CM-Reports/Claims/CCR/2006/RptLoc40Oct06.rtf", False

It appears to be working but when I go to the drive where I specify the
output to, they are not there.
