How do I open archived outlook emails when I don't have outlook

Before I left my previous job I archived my Outlook emails. Now in my new
job, we use groupwise instead of outlook. Is there any viewer that will
allow me to view these emails even though I do not have access to Outlook
anymore.

Not if you archived to a .pst file. Only Outlook can open those.
