How do I open an Outlook 97 file in Outlook 2003?

I have emails saved on a CD in Outlook 97 and can't seem to open it in
Outlook 2002. Help?

Copy the pst file to your HDD, remove the read-only attribute, and then in
Outlook 2002 (3?) go to File-Open and navigate to the pst file.
