How do I open a Publisher document in Word?

I have created a letterhead in Publisher and I want to use it as a word
document. This would save typing a letter in word, printing it, then having
to print the document again from Publisher for the letterhead component.

In short you can't...which is a pain.
You can paste all the elements into a word doument, but is
almost as tedious as retyping it.
