Document attachments

I have set up a letterhead in the "custom header" portion of the document.
It prints fine, however if I attach the document to an e-mail, the recipient
does not get the header. I have been sending out letters that did not have
my "Letterhead" making the letters useless. Is their an option to have the
letterhead become part of the document for attachment?

I am using MS Outlook as part of the 2003 Office Pro package. I have tried
to find the answer in both Word and Outlook and cannot find.

I take it you really do mean 'attached' and not as the body of the e-mail?
HTML used for formatted e-mail does not support headers.
If you are attaching the document file are any graphics in the letter head
embedded in the document or are they linked?
If you want to ensure that the document you send is what the recipient will
see, convert to PDF and attach that. PrimoPDF is free and competent if you
don't already have a PDF conversion application.
