time and i can't remember my password, is there a way to open it or i just

You can always use the services of a company such as www.lostpassword.com to
regain entry into your database, if the value of your data exceeds the cost
of their services.

There are several programs available that will allow you to unlock a
locked database. A Google search should give you many to choose from.
