forgot password to accdb database

I set up a password for an access 07 database and must have had fat fingers.
The password I thought I had put in is not working. Does anyone know of a
reliable way to do it or program? Please help
 
It depends how you set the database password up but have you tried opening
the database whilst holding down the shift button to allow you access to the
tables, queries , forms etc? Other than that, google for a password cracker
programme but I'm not sure if there are any freeware versions out for A2007
 
Holding the shift did not work. Does anyone know of a program or service
that is reliable to help me?
