how do I open a hyperlink sent via email in a new explorer window?

I'm trying to figure out how to make the default setting for opening a
hyperlink to open in a new window. Any help would be appreciated! I'm tired
of having to reconnect my stream every time I follow a link from my email.

OL2003 already does that. I think OL2002 may have also. Which version of
Outlook are you using?
