how do I open a frontpage 98 site in frontpage 2003

I have a couple of sites I developed using FP 98 and published on remote
servers. I have now upgraded to FP 2003, but am unable to open any of my
sites with the new program. I get an error message that says:

"the folder ... isn't accessible. the folder may be located in an
unavailable location, protected with a password, or the file name contains a
/ or \"

Anyone have a suggestion on how to gain access to my sites? They are, of
course, password protected, but I can't even get to a page that allows me an
option to enter that information.

Hi,

It sounds like the server extension are corrupted on the FP 98 sites. Ask your ISP / WPP to check them.

The folder "http://Website" isn't accessible. The folder may be located on
an unavailable volume or protected with a password.

As an alternative, you may wish to download the FREE Jimco Open Web which
bypasses the web folders, which may be corrupted: www.jimcoaddins.com
