How do I name the columns? where is column heading

I am creating an information data gathering worksheet to be duplicated each
day for my patient census. I only need 8 rows and 10 columns, printed
landscape with the different name for each column, so that anyone looking for
the info can see where it is.

You posted this in a newsgroup dedicated to the use of MS Access, a
relational database. Based on your post, I'm not clear if/why you'd need to
use a database.
