How do I move Outlook?

I just built a new computer, and have moved the drive from the old
computer to the new computer to transfer files and programs.

I installed Microsoft Office from the CD, then tried copying files from
the Outlook directory on the old drive to the same directory on the new
drive.

Didn't work.

Big mess.

I finally made new profiles for both of us and have e-mail working at
all our old e-mail is missing.

How can I get our old e-mail to show up on the new drive?
