How do I move outlook express mail to outlook on different machine

I can't seem to use the export on express because there is no outlook or
exchange available. So I copied the identity folder and moved it to the new
machine but outlook can't open it to import it.

Get it imported and recognized in OE first, then import it into Outlook from
OE. Outlook doesn't recognize OE files.

The identity has to be connected to Express or WinMail, before you can
export msgs to Outlook
ie Express & OL have to be on the same PC
