How do I move my Outlook Address Book to a new computer

I have Microsoft Outlook running on my old computer and want to tranfer the
Address Book and mail forlders to a new computer.
 
Although you are in the wrong newsgroup for this question, I will answer
anyway. This is for MS Access, the database program.

Under File Import/ Export chose Export to a file and then select Personal
Folder File (pst). Follow the wizard to the end. Use Import when adding the
file back into your new computer.
