Is it Outlook or Outlook express?
Outlook: Do a search on the C: drive for a *.PST file. It will find at least
one. Copy all of them on the other PC. Then Put it in a convinient place on
the HD (where it won't have to be moved). The open outlook and then click on:
Tools->Emails Account->View or change existing e-mail accounts->Next->Click
on New Outlook Data File then browse the PC for that PST file and it will add
a personnal folder section in your folder list. All the emails should be
there.
Outlook express is kinda different. too long to explain, ask around... sry

Outlook Express is hard but here is an easy way. Open Windows explorer and
make a new folder on the old machine. (BACK) Open Windows expolorer on the
new machine and go to this folder thru network places. Now open outlook
express on both machines. On the new machine build the folders the same as
on the old machine. On the old machine, open email older and highlight all
mail (select 1st and Shift-click on last) be sure you can see that new folder
in explorer -"BACK". Right click on these highlighted files and drag them to
the "Back Folder" on the old machine.
Now, go to the new machine and go to the "Back" folder. You should see all
of the emails you just put there. This time be sure you can see the folder
they will go to in outlook express. Highlight all the emails in "Back" and
right click and drag them to the proper folder in outlook.
Do this with each old mail folder and there you are!
