how do i move everyboby not in my address book to the junk folder

having to add poeple to the junk folder list is starting to eat up more time
than i have to spare. then i have to create a rule for poeple that send me
mail a second time. isn't there some way that i can create a rule that will
move everybody that is NOT in my address book to the junk folder????

message store??? just the e-mail that came with service, Valornet.com
not using any spam software
