Find your .pst file and move it to the new computer. I'd suggest renaming it
yourname.pst and putting it in the folder of your choice (I personally don't
like to use the defaults - I redirect "My Documents" to something like
c:\data; create c:\data\outlook and put the PST file there, but that's just
my preference).
When you open Outlook the first time on the new PC, it will create a new PST
file - close Outlook after you've set up your accounts, find & delete the
new pst file, then open Outlook, and when it complains that it can't find
the data file, direct it to the new location.
