how do I move my email

How do I move my email with attachments from my old coputers to my new one?
Old email is in Outlook and Outlook Express, new is Outlook 2003
 
You need to move/copy old mail to the new PC then connect old mail to OE
first.

Once accessible in OE on the new PC, export mail to OL
(OE mail has to be on the same PC as OL, and accessible to OE)
 
from your old Outlook account click file, Import & export, Export to a file,
select Personal File Folder format (.pst),highlight folder to back-up. Finish
wizard and save the back-up file onto a disk. Go to new computer and place
the disk into. Open Outlook and go to the same wizard. Import & Export. This
time you want to import the .pst file that is saved on the disk. Finish the
wizard.
