How do I migrate files/messages from Outlook Express to Outlook?

I recently bought a new lap top and installed Microsoft Office Outlook 2003.
In my old lap top I have Microsoft Office Outlook and Outlook Express both of
which have files/messages. I would like to know if it will be possible to
transfer files/messages from both Microsoft Office Outlook and Outlook
Express from my old lap top to Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 in my new lap
top.

First, transfer your .pst file from Outlook on the old computer onto
the new computer. Then, transfer your messages from Outlook Express on
the old computer into Outlook Express on the new computer. Then, use
Outlook Express' File menu > Export to export the Outlook Express
messages to Outlook on the new computer.
