How do I merge two distribution lists in Outlook 2003?

I am creating a third distribution list which includes the names of two other
distribution lists in Outlook 2003 for emailing. I cannot seem to find any
way to copy, cut and paste, or whatever. New list will have about 80 names.
 
One of the reasons few of us use DL's is that they provide no features, even
simple ones like this.
