I always had my Yahoo email linked to Outlook. I just got a new email address
for the company I work for and set that up in Outlook. It is using Microsoft
Exchange Server, which requires a "profile".
That email is working fine through Outlook, however when I select that
profile when opening Outlook, none of my previous folders are there. They are
still in the "other" profile, but I really need them all in one place.
Am I going to need to export them from that profile and import them into the
new one?

Outlook always has a profile no matter what kind of server it's using. It
had one that contained your Yaoho mail account too.,

Click File>Open>Outlook Data File and browse to the PST that holds your old
mail. Select it and click OK. You'll now have your Yahoo mail folders as
well as your Exchange folders.
