How do I merge my logo in word w/ address, to print SINGLE label .

I have a new company and I want to create nice looking mailing labels. I
have Avery 5164 (6-up). I was hoping you could print the label and the
background logo simultaneously 1-up, on an Avery 5164 in any of the six
positions.
