How do i manually set the time and date of an event

I am trying to find a way to manually set the date and time of business
contact manager event (phone log, file, etc). If I male a call on June 20th
make some manual notes and then want to report it when I am in the office on
my Business contact manageron let say July 1st, how do I capture the June
20th date?
