Weekend Days on Reoccuring Events

How do you set up reoccuring events so that if the date falls on a weekend it
moves back to the next closest business day?

Ex: I get paid on the 5th and 20th every month. If that falls on a weekend
or holiday I get back the on the closest business day.

As far as I can tell, you can't. Recurrences are always regular. Set up your
recurrence then move the exceptions manually.
