how do i make the dot space dot space that are used in bulletins?

I need to know how to make this . . . . . . . . . . . . . for a bulletin.

There are several ways to create a dotted line... For example, you can use a
tab stop with a dot leader. Alternatively, use a paragraph or cell border.
