How do I make Sendkeys Action work in Access 2003?

After upgrading to Access 2003, macros using the Sendkeys Action do not work
properly. There is a error message: "The sendkeys Action requires the
Microsoft Office Access Utility Add-in to be loaded. Rerun the MS Office
Access or MS Office setup to reinstall MS Office Access and the MS Office
Utility Add-in."
I have rerun the MS Office Access setup to no avail.

Where does one get the MS Office Utility Add-in?

Don,

This is as good an opportunity as any to get rid of the SendKeys
altogether! SendKeys is notorious for having a personality of its own,
doing what it wants instead of what's intended once too often. Whatever
it ids you are doing with it, there's a better way to do it, and if you
post what that is you'll get some good advice.

Don, I see that you posted the same question 3-4 months ago as I have here
about the sendkeys action requiring a utitlity add-in to be loaded. Doesn't
appear that anyone has responded with the answer on this site. Did you ever
figure out what to do to take care of that?
