How do I make my site look the same for everyone?

This is my first time using frontpage (2003) and I could really use some
help. I have the website all done and it looks great on my computer (I'm
using Explorer) but for almost everyone else, even those using Explorer, it
looks messed up. The row of buttons on the first page are often split onto
two rows, the background pictures are often tiled awkwardly (they should be
just one picture as a watermark), and for the photo albums with many pictures
the thumbnails are sometimes very close together or flooding off the page.
Also, the fonts are getting overridden and changed to large and plain other
fonts. How can I make the pictures and buttons adjust to everyone's computer
screens and browser settings so there is consistancy and organization? Any
help would be GREATLY appreciated.
Thanks

I suggest that you get a good book ... possibly FrontPage inside Out to read
up on many basics.
Let's see your site so we can help. From what you've said I think you need
to learn about using tables.

Do a search of this newsgroup for "tables". This question
comes up and is answered VERY often on this newsgroup.
