How do I make my company name&info. show up in every sent email?

This should be simple, but I know very little about Outlook. All I want to
do is make my company name and info. show up at the bottom of every email I
send out to clients. Thanks
 
That is called a signature. Try Help | Signature. I don't know what
version you have!
