How do I hide my email address when I sent an email? I just want to show my
sender's name. I'm using Outlook Office 2007.

And where are you seeing this "email address"?

So you want to violate CAN-SPAM law which dictates that the sender must be
identified? You thought this was a pro-spam newsgroup?
