How do I make it were it shows I am out of the office ?

I would like to set it up were I can show when I am out of the office. can I
do this and if so how.

Set what up? An away message on an Instant Messenger? An "Out To Lunch"
screen saver? An email auto-response?

It would be best to do that on your email server.
If you have access to webmail on your server, log into that, and see if you
have that option.

I am trying to get a auto-response . I cant do it with who i go with on my
internet they dont have it. so I did not know if I could do it with internet
explorer or not. thanks for the hlep

You can create a message rule to reply with message.
You want the rule to apply to people in your Address Book.

This is probably more trouble than it is worth.
Your computer must be on checking for email.
The message rule must be checked for it to apply.
You must check Hangup after sending and receiving.
