How do I make Internet Explorer ask me if I want to open or save .

When opening attachments from Outlook or from IE, it used to ask me if I
wanted to open it or save it. Yesterday I accidenlty checked on the box that
came in that box ("don't ask before opening these files" or something like
that). Now Outlook as well as IE open word documents even if I want to save
them. How do I reset this to the earlier state?
