How do I make ICON CTRL+P on the toolbar show printer set-up menu

When I customize the toolbar and place the ICON on the available
buttons/commands menu, the print button (even though it says CTLP+P) sends
the document straight to the printer rather than going to printer setup
window. The printer setup window permits me to select multiple copies, a
different printer, etc. I would like this menu to ALWAYS appear when when I
select the toolbar printer ICON just as it does when I use CTRL+P.

The default Print button on the toolbar executes the command
FilePrintDefault (which prints immediately using the default settings). To
get a button that will open the Print dialog, you need to select the
FilePrint command (or the Print... command in the File category) in Tools |
Customize. Note the general convention that a command without an ellipsis
executes immediately, while a command followed by an ellipsis opens a
dialog.
