How do I make disk quotas on my external hard drive?

Hello. I'm going to be hsaring my external Hard Drive on my network. Which
has 3 separate computers soon to be 4. I would like to know how I can give
certain computers on my network a disk quota on my hard drive. ( I wish to
only allow them a certain amount of disk space). Is there a way to do that?
If so, how do I go about doing that?

I forgot to mention I have Windows XP Home SP2 with most recent updates.
Sorry about forgetting to mention which OS I have.
