I enter my email address many times a day in forms and messages. It is a
very long address. How can I create a macro for it enabling me to hit 1 or 2
keys to have the email address inserted in the message

A macro in what application? Word? Use Autotext.

I'm sorry if I wasn't clear. I would like to create a system where if I hit
a combination of 1 or 2 keys, my email address is inserted. Say "Alt 9" I
don't know if this is called a macro or what. Hot key? I just want to
understand what I need to do to set this up. Many thanks\Ronf

Again, in what application? Word as email editor or Outlook's built-in
editor? For the former, use AutoText. For the latter, click
Tools>Options>Spelling>AutoCorrect Options and define a string.
