How do I make a form so others can type on the lines w/o altering

I have to make forms that others can fill in the lines on their computer, but
I want to be able to keep the document so that margins and my typed lines and
questions don't move as they type their information on the lines.

Put the places to type in a table with fixed-size cells. You probably want
what Word calls an "online form." Check this in help. For more about online
forms, follow the links at
http://addbalance.com/word/wordwebresources.htm#Forms or
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customization/FillinTheBlanks.htm especially Dian
Chapman's series of articles.

Hope this helps,
